Important notice:  

• No handling fee is charged for this service, but applicants need to pay for postage involved.  
• Individual DHL service fee covers costs from Taipei to Hong Kong and return.
• Passports normally returned within 7 working days.
• If you choose to post your own application, for security reasons we strongly advise you to use a courier service to deliver your documentation and post office ‘cash envelope’ to deliver the fees.
