Going for Gold: London 2012 & UK Creative Industries workshop will be taken place on 7 October in Taipei (17/09/2009)

British Trade & Cultural Office (BTCO) will organise a workshop of 「Going for Gold: London 2012 & UK Creative Industries」 on 7 October 2009 in Taipei to share UK 50-years experience on creative industries, as well as how they explore the creative concept into our everyday’s life.

Tied in with Love & Money – 50 Years of Creative Britain audio-visual exhibition, Sir Andrew Cahn, Chief Executive of UK Trade & Investment, will address an opening remark on “London 2012 Olympics: Springboard for the UK Economy”. We also invite three speakers from UK creative industries to talk about UK Creative Industries gearing for London 2012, design & innovation.

The「Going for Gold: London 2012 & UK Creative Industries」 workshop is a wrap-around event of LOVE and MONEY - 50 Years of Creative Britain audio-visual exhibition, which will be showcased in the "International Design Pavilion" at 2009 Taiwan Design Expo in Taichung from 2 to 18 Oct 2009.
